_^KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL^_

Kannawidan Festival was celebrated six days after the Vigan Fiesta. So it means that it was in every 31st of January up to the 6th of February. It was always happened hir in Vigan I think because there Province of Ilocos Sur. As years past by,the said festival in becoming better and better. As a part of this event,every town of Ilocos Sur is endorsing their respective products with a build in booth at the side of the provincial Capitol of Ilocos Sur. Some schools here in the Ilocos Sur were competing of some contest like the marchingband, choir and etc. Still, Kannawidan Festival is going on I hope that there are more surprises will fallow.

_"VIGAN FIESTA"_

How I wish that it is fiesta everyday. Because of the amazing events during a fiesta comes. Vigan City fiesta is the most awaited occasion at the start of the year. We are celebrating it every 22nd to 25th i the month of January. We are also celebrating the feast of the patron Saint of Vigan which is Saint Paul. As Vigan celebrates it's fiesta, it also celebrates the so called Longanisa Festival which is one of the highlights of the fiesta. Wherein there is the most common event in every fiesta which is the street dancing competition. It is held on the 22nd day of the January. Each dance troupe was dancing around the Vigan to present their street dancing piece and the showdown of each troupe was presented at the Plaza Burgos. There were also a parade in the 21st and 25th of the January by the different department ,organization and school here in Vigan . There is also a cannival and a bargain sale that was build up at the SolidWest,Vigan City. Every year,there are some traditions when the fiesta comes. And in every fiesta that arrive, it is still developing and improving as years past by. VIVA VIGAN ..... VIVA SAN PABLO ..... LONGANISA FESTIVAL .......

_^THROUGH EXPERIENCES^_

Every grading period have a different topics that we have learned. But this grading period I have learned how to links the picture and how to attached pictures in our exercises.
This grading period, there are many challenges that I've encountered like, how to attached picture but even though its hard to understand and I cannot followed I try my best to catch up those difficult topics.
I address this challenges by understanding and following instructions that my teacher give to us.
Moving on, I will learn more topics when we go to 4th grading period. I will do my best in the next grading period to make all the lesson easier and clearer.

_1st EVENT OF THE YEAR_

How we celebrate our New Year? Is there something we change when New Year comes? What are the traditions and belief s we do on New Year. What is the essence why we celebrate New Year? What is the difference of New Year in the Philippines and the Chinese New Year? What are the traditions and beliefs when New Year comes?
Every 1st day of the year we celebrate the said occasion. New Year,not like Chinese they celebrate their New Year depends on their tradition. For me,what's important in New Year ? It's a year where people intend to change some of their attitude in the past year just like having their New Year's Resolution.Other people make their New Year's Resolution but later on they forgotten it.They are back to their usual behavior.
Here in Philippines have lots of different traditions in different occasion.As New Year arrived,many people buy the things that they need on New Year.Some people prepare twelve kinds of circled-shape fruits and put it on the altar.Other hang it on the different part of their house .Because they think it will bring luck charms.Many people also have their fireworks display and some makes some noise for the reason that it put away bad auras.
For me,my New Year is just only simple I go to church,to thank God for everything he have gave to me in the past year.After which we eat our food and it end up with some parlor games.It wouldn't completed without my family and my very special friends.

_"ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS"_

Christmas the happiest day of the year. Its the day when Jesus Christ was born in a manger. The whole world rejoice for God has given. His only begotten son to save the world for us from sin.
During Christmas,people in all walks of life celebrate with merriment,happiness,peace and love in their hearts. People share with kind hearts to the poor by giving foods,gifts especially to the street children who are malnourish. Giving,exchanging gifts to our loved ones as shown by the three kings in giving gifts to Jesus as a sign of love and honor.
Yes,the true essence of Christmas is sharing what we have especially to the poor. Forgiveness to other people who have done wrong to us. So,we should carry our heart with love with one another. Giving comfort to the people who are suffering from grief or sadness can bring happiness in their hearts and can ease the pain from their hearts.
So lets love,forgive one another,share what we have and we can feel with so much happiness when we can give all of these.Lord Jesus is also happy-smiling with us and showers us more his abundant blessing to everyone.

Magandang Pagsasamahan Tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan

Good relationship with others leads us to a progressive society. Yes,this statement is true. We should have good ethics in dealing with others for us to have a better society. In dealing with other,we should have the unity and cooperation. We must have the union of the people as well as their cooperation so that everything would be fine and good.Riots and wars are not the solution to achieve it. It only destroys ones life as well as countries that are affected.
Let's say for example our government,if only the government doing their responsibility without the cooperation of the people,do you think there would be a peaceful and wonderful world? I don't think so.We should all have unity and cooperation with one another for us to reach our dreams to have a better place for living.
Lastly,being a proud fourth year student of Ilocos Sur National High School,By means of joining and cooperating programs which have concerns for the development of our society and also by means of helping on giving the needs of others.
If there is union,there is strength!!!!!

I Love My Semestral Break !!!

Before I share my experiences during my Semestral Break, I have a question for you, Do you also enjoy your Semestral Break ?
For me, I enjoyed my vacation because I spent my vacation with my family and relatives. And also with my friends. During the campaign for the SK Chairman and SK Kagawad , I met many friends so that the reason why I always go out of them for many activities and parties. After how many days and after the election, I won as an SK Kagawad for our barangay. I'm very happy when they announced the winners and I belonged to those participants for SK Kagawad. I really treasured this Semestral Break that I will keep forever.
This is the most unforgettable vacation I ever had. Thank you for all my friends that I met after this vacation and also with my family. They are the reason why I really enjoyed and loved my Semestral Break.
